Udaipur, I feel, is like the Venice of India – it’s based around a whole lot of water (rivers and lakes), its quite artistic, it has amazing food, has a whole lot of old style building surrounding windy and narrow cobblestone roads, and it’s got a very romantic feel – I mean, look at that sunset!
Forts, Monkeys and Bollywood in Jaipur
One place you can’t not visit if you’re headed to India is Jaipur.
The capital of Rajasthan, and also known as ‘The Pink City’, it’s a wonderful place of Indian culture, beautiful sites, delicious restaurants, and Bollywood.
Oh yes – Jaipur is THE place for Bollywood!
Goals – Make them, work for them, smash them!
Sorry to interrupt my India video series, but I just wanted to sit down with you lovely people and have a little chat about goals, because it’s a topic that’s been on my mind a lot lately.

Diving headfirst into India in Delhi
India: Bright colours, strong smells, fast-moving traffic, and blindingly obvious stares.
Ah, what a country is India!
Delhi is often the first place visitors to the country visit, and what an introduction to India it is.

But don’t let the busy streets put you off – Delhi has so much character, and so much to offer.
That’s a wrap on Canada!
What a brilliant time I had exploring the incredible sights of Alberta with my mother.
Although it ended on a horrible note (needing to fly home early when my grandfather died), it was a wonderful trip that I will remember forever.
A spectacular time in Jasper – Before tragedy struck

Unfortunately for my mum and I, that was about to become so true.

Banff – Jasper: Up the Icefields Parkway
It’s referred to as “one of the most beautiful highways in the world” and it’s not hard to see why.
The journey along the Icefields Parkway from Banff to Jasper really brings a whole new meaning to the term “scenic route”.
Mum and I travelled up this beautiful stretch of road on a bus tour with SunDog Tours, booked through Viator – a brilliant decision.
Not only did we get from one destination to the other, but we got to stop off at so many magical sights on the way.
The beautiful lakes and mountains of Banff
One of the best ways to see a new place in a short amount of time is to book a day tour.
You get the local knowledge, transport around to all the best sights, and – if you’re travelling alone – company for the day.
What more can I say?
