6 Weeks Postpartum Update

I’ve finally gotten around to editing and posting this postpartum update I filmed when I was 6 weeks postpartum (Sorry it took so long, but I was kinda busy being a new mum to a newborn baby, funnily enough).

It goes without saying that the postpartum time can be HARD. It certainly was for me – more mentally than physically – and I’m sure it is for many other mums across the globe.

I hope sharing a little bit of what my postpartum time was like helps others who may be in a similar situation.

Eat the Street food festival, Lismore

DSC_0601

This is the first post in my series on the Northern Rivers, my home region.

One the best things about Lismore, the regional centre of the area I live in, is probably it’s wide range of food on offer.

From Japanese, to Mexican, Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, fine dining, or a good old pub meal – you can find it all in Lismore

The small city is overflowing with restaurants, and has an epic cafe culture which leaves you with an overwhelming amount of choice for your Sunday morning brunch.

I can show you the world,

Shining, shimmering, splendid,

Tell me princess, now when did you last let your heart decide?

Visiting the TRI building at Princess Alexandra Hospital on Feb 7 2016, to see and hear about the wonderful research the LMRF is helping make happen.
Oh look, a blog post and video on a Wednesday instead of Thursday! Sorry to throw you off, but I have opening night of a play I’m part of tomorrow, so I won’t have time to focus on anything other than that.

So here you go: Early blog – and a different blog. Not so much to do with travel, but something very important, nonetheless.

If you haven’t heard of Lions (Aka. Lions Clubs, Lions Australia, Lions International etc) you may have been living under a rock.

24 Things I’ve Learnt in 24 Years

So because today, the 7th January, is my birthday, I thought I would do something a little bit different on the blog.

I decided to put together a ’24 Things I’ve Learnt in 24 Years’ vlog – yes, that’s right, I’m a 1992 model 😉

Enjoy my wisdom (Or rather, lack thereof) xxx
